Location: Bakersfield, California

Job responsibilities include handling customer interactions effectively, receiving incoming sales calls and orders properly & courteously, process orders accurately, following through to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and effective manner. The Sales Representative/Event Coordinator must also record all sales transactions, maintaining accurate customer records. The right candidate seizes sales opportunities through knowledge of product line, understanding customer needs, and presenting recommendations to customers. This person must work cooperatively with peers and other departments, keeping appropriate individuals informed to assure positive customer relations are maintained. Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience
3. Good verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Mature minded, bright and dependable
6. Self starter who can work with minimal supervision
